New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT) is committed to increasing diversity and participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) on NJDOT projects. In order to expand the number of DBE firms that are active on NJDOT projects, NJDOT launched the DBE Supportive Services Program (SSP) and partnered with r6catalyst to help certified and qualified firms achieve proficiency to compete, on an equal basis, for contracts and subcontracts. Since 2017, r6catalyst has developed and managed the program, supporting and guiding DBEs in crossing the “Bridge to SuccessSM”.
